Here’s a behind the scenes look at our production sequence, refined over several years to deliver our clients the very best video content quickly and flawlessly.

STEP 1: STORY ACTIVATION
Every video starts life as a conversation with your customers. Through you, we gather information on their viewing habits, their likes and dislikes, what they had for dinner last night (kidding) and what you want them to know: basically what you want to say, and who you want to say it to. This lets us develop your unique brand story, which we’ll use to inform your campaign whether you want one video from us, or ten.
STEP 2: SCRIPT CREATION
Forged from the very bones of this customer data, we create a script which meets the needs, problems, conflicts, fears and desires of your audience. Once the initial idea is pitched, we agree on a central concept and go through several drafts before it’s sent to our team of expert editors who ensure the script is on-brand, relevant, and that we’ve spelled everything right.
STEP 3: VISUAL CONCEPT REVEAL
Often the hardest part, after we nail the script we then thoroughly curate our artists’ best work to choose a winning visual concept. We work with quirky illustrators, professional designers, artists and graphics nerds to curate the perfect ‘look’ to enhance your brand. It’s then sent to our animation team, who put it all together and make the parts move.
STEP 4: VOCAL TALENT
No one wants weird accents or static feedback to ruin their video, so we sought out the smoothest vocal artists to lend professional quality to all our voiceovers and dialogue performances. Coordinating the team is a blast - and great off-screen chemistry leads to your script being read out exactly as it should be.
STEP 5: MOTION & SOUND DESIGN
One more step in the audio design, and that’s adding in sound effects to bring your video to life. This phase of development requires a steady hand and some fine tuning to ensure everything is timed perfectly and there’s no awkward silences or props flying offscreen. It’s intense work, but it’s always worth going the extra mile.
STEP 6: DELIVERY & SHARING
Now your video is finalized, it’s ready to be shown to your audience. We deliver all our videos as soon as they’re ready, in the highest quality format - and we’ll also stick around to guide you on the best way to post your video, when, and to who.
